Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by Discord in your jurisdiction) and have a valid Discord account to use ClickBot. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements and have the authority to agree to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

ClickBot is a Discord bot and accompanying web dashboard that provides server management tools, including:

• Alert system — configurable alert roles and message routing
• Protection features — role protection, user whitelisting and banning, member scanning
• Role management — automatic role assignment on member join
• Economic calendar — notifications for high-impact economic events
• Gains tracking — gains reporting and tracking tools

Some features may require a premium subscription. Feature availability may change over time.

3. Your Account

You access ClickBot's dashboard by authenticating with your Discord account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account and for all activity that occurs through your use of the Service. You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the bot
• Exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, or unintended behavior in the Service
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, spam, or harm other users
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Automate access to the dashboard or bot beyond normal usage (e.g., scraping, botting the dashboard)
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service
• Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.

5. Premium Subscriptions and Payments

5.1 Free Trial

New servers may be eligible for a 14-day free trial of premium features. The trial begins when activated and expires automatically. No payment information is required for the trial.

5.2 Paid Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are available on monthly or yearly billing cycles. Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the applicable rate until you cancel.

5.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods.

5.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. Existing subscribers will be notified in advance of any price changes, which will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including its code, design, features, and branding, belong to ClickBot. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. This license does not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or other proprietary content.

7. Your Content and Data

You retain ownership of any configuration data you create through the Service (e.g., alert settings, protection rules). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit this data solely for the purpose of providing the Service. 8. Service Availability

We strive to keep ClickBot running reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, Discord API changes, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLICKBOT AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $50, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ClickBot and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time by removing ClickBot from your server and revoking OAuth access in your Discord settings.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including Sections 6, 9, 10, 11, and 14.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you should stop using the Service.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
